Dr. Russel Ackoff is an internationally renowned expert in the
field of business management. He is the Anheuser-Busch Professor
Emeritus of Management Science at the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania; the author of nearly two dozen books and over 150
articles; consultants to more than 300 corporations and government
agencies.
