Court Integration and Technology

There is a question judges everywhere might ponder. With the advent of computers and telecommunications, might not judges everywhere inform themselves about; i.e., learn about what their counterparts, and the courts they serve, are doing with these new and powerful tools? And, if the answer is positive, as it should be, how might such learning take place?
