The
purpose of the Justice Web Collaboratory is inspire a dialogue between
judges at the Federal, State, and Tribal Court level. In the spirit
of that mission, California Appellate Court Justice George Nicholson,
who has long been an outspoken advocate for the judiciary and important
social issues, has provided pertinent articles that will hopefully
facilitate discussion and comments from the Judicial Community.
